Healing Path Yoga focuses on gentle restorative practices, incorporating mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation to release tension, calm the mind and promote overall health and well-being.
Through an individualized approach, along with the skillful use of props and modifications, this class is accessible to all levels of practice and experience.

Clap your hands with lively rhythms and the beat of a drum, and let soulful melodies awaken your heart to the silent wisdom within. Together we will create a vibration of peace to fill the world.
