Classes > Yoga to Unwind

This gentle beginner class is designed to help “unwind” from both the physical and emotional stresses of working the “9 to 5 grind”.  This timely class will help release those areas we tend to overuse and strengthen the areas we under use while sitting at a computer or desk all day.  Release strain in the neck and shoulders, stretch out tight hips, build core strength, and learn simple breathing and meditation techniques to calm and focus the mind.
