Considering yoga but don't know where to start?  Believe you are too inflexible or too stiff to practice yoga?  Already practicing yoga but need to slow down to basics?  This class will guide you slowly through the fundamentals of yoga - breathing, poses, basic anatomy, alignment, sequences, and inner focus - in a safe, inclusive, interactive and, above all, fun setting.  While the goal of Yoga Basics is to introduce yoga to beginners, continuing students will enjoy the opportunity to explore and to refine.
