Experience the wisdom, strength, and grace of your body moving. This energizing class adds creative new postures to the basic Ashtanga sequence and combines them in a seamless flow of movement and breath.  Designed for students who have a basic understanding of the Ashtanga practice, this class continues the journey inwards by also exploring some postures in more depth, refining the use of the "ujjayi" breath, building core strength, and deepening meditative awareness.
